High Def Preorder:
- When will I receive my order? Your High Def merch will be available for pick up no later than Sunday, January 26. If your order is available for pick up sooner, you will receive an email.
- Where will pick up be? You will be able to pick up your items from PTSM. We will email you with details when your order is ready.
- The preorder period is closed. Can I still get High Def merch? Yes, merch will be available for sale during the conference.
Shipping Policy:
- How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are promptly processed and shipped within 2.5 - 3 weeks.
- How will I know my order has shipped? You'll receive an email when your order is placed and again once your order is shipped. Your shipping confirmation will contain tracking information so you can keep an eye out for your new merch. If you have any questions, email us at [email protected].
- Do you offer local pick-up? No, all of our products ship directly to you from our fulfillment partner. We do not keep inventory stored at the church.
- Do you offer international shipping? We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Return Policy:
- What is your return policy? We accept returns on a case-by-case basis for a refund or exchange. To request information about a return or exchange, please email [email protected].
- How do I initiate a return? Simply contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return, and we'll review your request.

- How do I know what size to order? Please refer to our sizing chart located on each product page for accurate measurements. If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us.
Payment Methods:
- What forms of payment do you accept? We currently accept payments via PayPal, which allows you to pay with all major credit cards. Simply select the PayPal option at checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase using your credit card.
- Who processes payment and fulfillment for the online store? Preston Trail Community Church collaborates with Fund the Nations for merchandise design, printing, processing, and fulfillment. Your orders are seamlessly handled through their secure payment and efficient shipping system.
